Geoff & Cangui first acquired The Railway together with The Griffin and Brewery from Dave Porter in 2007.
In 2010 the business was passed on to Sue & Vince who who were then managing the pub for Geoff & Cangui.
Although not now owned by Pennine Ale/Rossendale Brewery, Sue and Vince remain as “Hands On” owner/managers, continuing to sell a selection of Rossendale Ales and other Micro-Brewery products. They continue to work hard and still have regular beer and cider festivals.”
